Cloud Table – Lorens

The Cloud Table is designed by LORENS Architectural and Design Studio. You can arrange the hexagon-shaped segments depending on what you need in a desk or a table. You can even add more segments and have more than one person working. It’s perfect for a small living environment—when you are done working you can hide everything inside and it looks great as a table in any room. Shake it.

Pixel Table by Studio Intussen

The bamboo Pixel Table by Studio Intussen looks like tons of fun. It’s a table but also a versatile cupboard; you can place something in it, and on the other side the sticks that the table is made of, come out. When you want a change, push it together and it will form a cube once again. It adjusts itself to the content of your choosing! Studio Intussen was founded in 2006 by Tessa Kuyvenhoven after she graduated as interior architect from the Royal Academy of Arts. Shake it Tessa.

Council Periodic Table

Ok…I couldn’t help myself, the low occasional table, Periodic by Council. It has an oxidized natural silver finish over reclaimed wood timbers. The finish allows the natural grain to show. With a footprint of 44″ square by 12″ high, It is a slice of sparkle to swoon over. Hold on to your hats, it’s $42,000! But I’m thinking an inspiration piece for the ambitious DIY designer—Now that would be shakin it.
