They have two fantastic new house number options -  Neutra and Eames. The perfect final touch to dress the oh so stylish, modern entry way. shake it.

Bob’s Your Uncle – Melamine Collection

Bob’s Your Uncle makes these great retro inspired plates and trays. A couple of years ago I ordered something like 10 sets of the honey bear series for christmas gifts. They come in a kraft gift box and seemed like the perfect gift. Simply adds some fun to eating breakfast or a casual lunch.

Bob’s Your Uncle is a Boston Based company founded by Martin and Michele Yeeles in 2001. Originally from England, they moved to the states in 1993 “just for a year or two” and have been in Boston ever since. The images on the plates and trays are all from Martin and Michele’s travels around the U.S. Shake it.

House Industries – Objects of Typography

House Industries takes the font and design work of numerous typographers, hand prints the piece, and mounts it on plywood. The objects are 20 x 26 and ready to be hung from a predrilled hole. The authentic, solid feel of the piece celebrates an era that is often forgotten, or covered up with glass and the distraction of a frame. Pure and intriguing, honoring the art of typography. Shake it.

Egg Press – Offset Printed 2011 Calendar

Egg Press has been designing and hand making greeting cards on their antique presses in Portland, OR since 1999. They have become wildly popular, and now make custom cards, calendars, and posters as well. I get a thrill each year when the new holiday Egg Prsss cards come out, and they are wonderful this year, but the new calendar is simply beautiful. What a wonderful shop, a great success story, and always such sweet, light hearted design. Shake it Eggpress.
