German designer Veronika Wildgruber created this series of Soft Wood Chairs. The trick of the eye is quite astonishing. While the chairs appear to be made with fabric, tufted and soft, in reality they are sculpted of solid wood. “Soft Wood plays with reality. It shows that you cannot always rely on your perception. At first glance these are simple upholstered stools, but then you see that they are in fact crafted from wood, yet they are still as comfortable as the perceived soft chair.” Thank you Veronika for shakin it up with this fabulous design.
